Most Mementora products are custom-made based on the details you share with us.

Standard processing time: 5–7 business days
This includes:
- Reviewing your order
- Collecting photos or details (if required)
- Crafting and quality checking your piece

For products that require additional customisation or approvals, our team may contact you directly to confirm details.

Shipping Time

Once your order is crafted and dispatched:

Domestic shipping (India): 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Any free shipping offers will be displayed on the website or announcement bar.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Record a opening video of your order while recieving it to clain any type of refund without video no damages or refunds request will be entertained.
